OVERHEAD PANEL

1	L (or R) 1 (2) pb sw
	On  :  Pump is on. OFF  :  Pump is OFF. FAULT lt  :  Amber light comes on and ECAM caution comes on, when the delivery pressure drops. Inhibited when OFF selected.

2	L (or R) STBY pb sw
	On  :  Stand-by pump runs when at least one associated main pump is failed or OFF. OFF  :  Pump is OFF. FAULT lt  :  Amber light comes on and ECAM caution comes on when the delivery pressure drops. Inhibited when OFF is selected or the main pump is running.

T. TANK MODE pb sw

Auto  :  The FCMC controls the CG. FWD  :  Manual forward transfer to the inner tanks is initiated : by opening : the TRIM TANK ISOLATION valve the AUXILIARY FORWARD XFR valve and the TRIM PIPE ISOLATION valve. the INR INLET valves and closing the AFT XFR valves. by operating the TRIM TANK FORWARD XFR pump (if not already on). Inner tanks overflow must be manually prevented. FAULT lt  :  Amber light comes on and ECAM caution comes on when : the FMGS has detected an excess aft CG (independently of fuel quantity and based on THS position) or, FCMC is unable to carry out the forward transfer. FUEL LO TEMP warning is triggered.

T. TANK FEED sel

AUTO  :  Forward transfer is stopped when the trim tank is at low level to maintain the transfer line full. ISOL  :  Closes the following valves to isolate the transfer line : the TRIM TANK ISOLATION valve the TRIM TANK INLET valve, the AUXILIARY FORWARD XFR valve, the TRIM PIPE ISOLATION valve. The TRIM TANK FORWARD XFR pump stops. OPEN  :  The valves being used for manual forward transfer and in addition the TRIM TANK INLET valve open. The valves are maintained open for 3 minutes after trim tank low level to allow the transfer pipe to drain. Note : APU supply is not possible when the pipe is drained.

OUTR TK XFR pb sw (guarded)

Auto  :  The FCMC controls the transfer from outer to inner tanks. ON  :  Opens the following valves for transfer from outer to inner tanks : outer transfer valves, outer inlet valves, inner inlet valves. Aft transfer is inhibited. FAULT lt  :  Amber light comes on and ECAM caution comes on when : inner tank low level is reached and the associated outer tank is not empty or, FCMC is unable to carry out transfer to inner tanks or FUEL LO TEMP warning is triggered.

6	X FEED pb sw
	Auto  :  Valve closes. It automatically opens in electrical emergency configuration. ON  :  The valve opens. OPEN lt  :  The light comes on when the valve is fully open.

INR TK SPLIT L (or R) pb (guarded)

Off  :  The emergency isolation valve (inner tank division) is open. The inner tank is used as a single tank. ON  :  The valve closes and the inner tank is split in two parts. In case of tank damage the fuel from either inner tank division may be used. The ON light comes on amber. SHUT  :  Comes on blue when the valve is shut. During refueling, whenever the first inner tank high level sensor becomes wet, the valve closes. At the end of refueling, the valve opens again.
