The Airports Council International (ACI), created in 1991, is the
international association of the world's airports. It is a non-profit
organization, the prime purpose of which is to foster cooperation among its
member airports and with other partners in world aviation, including
governmental, airline and aircraft manufacturing organizations. Through this
cooperation, ACI makes a significant contribution to providing the
travelling and shipping public with an air transport system that is safe,
secure, efficient and environmentally compatible.

Airports Council International - North America, headquartered in Washington,
D.C., is the "Voice of Airports" for North America, and the largest region
of the worldwide Airports Council International. Its membership consists of
approximately 150 governing bodies who are primarily state, regional and
local entities that own and operate airports as well as more than 325
businesses providing the services, products and concepts airports rely on.

The Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) is an associated body of the European
Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC) representing the civil aviation regulatory

standards of safety and a "level playing-field" for competition in Europe.

The International Air Transport Association is the trade association of the

The Air Transport Action Group is an independent coalition of organizations
from throughout the air transport industry that have united to press for
economically beneficial aviation capacity improvements in an environmentally
responsible manner. ATAG is a leading proponent of aviation infrastructure
issues including the economic benefits of air transport, the industry's
superior environmental performance and the need for major improvements in
airport and air traffic management capacity. ATAG's worldwide membership
includes airlines, airports, manufacturers, air traffic control authorities,
airline pilot and air traffic controller unions, chambers of commerce,

The Arab Air Carriers Organization was established in 1965 by resolution of
the Council of the Arab Transport Ministers working within the framework of
the Arab League of States. AACO evolved from a small, mainly statistical,
organization to become one with a defined structure covering the most
important areas of Air Transport through functional departments and
specialists.

The British Air Transport Organization and its predecessors have been
representing UK airlines for almost 25 years. Its objective is to encourage
the safe, healthy and economic development of UK civil aviation. BATA
represents the vast majority of UK airlines. Its member airlines produce
over 95% of the UK airline output. BATA's role is to represent the industry
to government, airports and other industry regulators and suppliers.
